US - LLC RecruitingThe Contracts Administrator plays a pivotal role in the operation and growth of the National Contracts Program. In this role, responsibilities include contract administration, compliance, training, and process improvements that drive operational excellence across the local vertical markets, including the Healthcare vertical market. As a Contract Administrator, you will have daily interaction with Convergint Sales and Leadership colleagues. You will manage Convergint’s healthcare GPO program relationship(s), engage with customers, and vendors.
This role supports the Local Vertical GPO Contracts Program growth initiatives by ensuring compliance and consistency, integrity with a commitment to growth, accountability, and delivering results.
The Contracts Administrator is expected to perform the role in a manner that emulates Convergint’s core Values and Beliefs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall contract administration, management, and compliance for assigned Contract Vehicle(s). Perform necessary administrative fee reporting for sales and execute contract modifications for products and labor categories, updates (adding/removing services and products), and periodic reporting requirements.
- Responsible for Audit and Assessment review and approval.
- Knowledge and understanding of Cooperative & GPO Purchasing Contracts.
- Implement compliance processes for contract vehicle(s), supporting business leaders, sales and operations colleagues. Assist in developing and conducting Training Course to educate Sales, Operations/Service colleagues, Program/Project Managers, and Billing Teams to ensure GPO program compliance and proper payments for Installation, Service, and Change Order work.
- Maintain contract files in accordance with all required regulations and support all mandated contractual reporting requirements.
- Complete and submit periodic reporting required by Contract Vehicle and ensure admin fee payment is submitted accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with Cooperative/GPO Program Partner to achieve contract growth goals.
- Review contract vehicle proposals and booking documents to ensure contract compliance and proper reporting.
- Work closely with the CTCs to aid colleagues in successfully navigating the contract requirements to close business and ensure contract execution and compliance.
- Prepare internal contract reports and data, summarizing contractual requirements & budgets, growth plans and information for senior managers.
- Acts as liaison with Convergint legal counsel, tracking status of negotiations.
- Prepare contract data, update contract information in the accounting system, and maintain electronic contract files.
- Assist in RFP solicitation proposal development, completion, and submission.
- Perform research to answer contract specific questions from technical personnel, sales colleagues, and leadership to communicate complete understanding of contractual obligations.
- Mentor team members to ensure program knowledge, contract compliance, and program operational processes are executed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
- Must be organized and capable of multi-tasking with the ability to manage multiple functions and interact with personnel at all levels of management.
- Have the capability to respond effectively to changes with the ability to influence others and build consensus using excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong planning and execution skills and the ability to work independently and in a virtual team environment.

- Model and conduct business in alignment with Convergint’s Vs&Bs.
Technical Skills:
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, project management software, CRM, and work management platforms.

- Must have excellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
- Must be adaptable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Education:
- College degree, trade school or equivalent experience
- Preferred (but not required): Bachelor’s Degree
Experience:
- Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role with demonstrated experience with contract vehicle compliance/administration, and proposal development
- Knowledge of National Cooperative Purchasing Contracts/Programs such as Sourcewell, OMNIA Partners, and/or GPO Contracts/Programs
- Understanding of State and Local Regulations along with working knowledge and experience referencing and interpreting other Government regulations related to Cooperative Purchasing contracts
- Understand the proposal development processes and procedures, coordinating tasks to meet applicable deadlines, customized award-winning proposal writing, and assisting with proposal production activities required
Scope and Impact:
This role influences the success of North America Local Vertical Sales, impacting over 10 regions and supporting strategic growth plans and execution to enhance scalability and overall corporate growth.
Work Environment:
This role is fully remote but requires flexibility for global time zones and up to 6% travel annually. This role requires regular and predictable attendance.
