We are seeking a Contract Analyst (Spanish) to support contract review, data analysis, quality assurance, and client service delivery while ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures.

Role Overview

The Contract Analyst is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and validating contractual information, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across client deliverables. This role works closely with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality contract analysis services, support process improvements, and maintain compliance with organizational policies and service requirements.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and language proficiency with the ability to work effectively in a remote, process-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Review & Analysis

  • Review and analyze contract documentation in accordance with defined processes and quality standards.
  • Extract, validate, and interpret key contractual information.
  • Ensure accurate and consistent contract data capture across systems and deliverables.
  • Perform contract and document reviews in both English and Spanish.
  • Identify discrepancies, risks, or missing information and escalate as appropriate.

Quality Assurance & Data Accuracy

  • Conduct quality checks and peer reviews to maintain high delivery standards.
  • Validate contract data and ensure compliance with established procedures.
  • Provide feedback and support continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accuracy, consistency, and completeness in all assigned work.

Client Service & Operational Support

  • Support client service delivery activities while meeting productivity and quality targets.
  • Respond to stakeholder requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient delivery of services.
  • Escalate issues and concerns appropriately to ensure timely resolution.

Process Improvement & Compliance

  • Contribute to process enhancement and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Follow company policies, data privacy requirements, and compliance standards.
  • Utilize internal tools, systems, reference materials, and technology solutions effectively.
  • Support reporting and performance monitoring activities as required.

Technology & Innovation

  • Leverage legal technology, internal systems, and automation tools to improve efficiency.
  • Utilize AI-enabled tools and resources to enhance accuracy, consistency, and productivity where applicable.
  • Support adoption of new technologies and best practices within the service delivery environment.

Required Qualifications

Language Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Ability to conduct contract review and analysis in both languages.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Law degree, legal studies background, or equivalent professional experience is advantageous.

Experience

  • Experience in contract review, legal operations, contract management, quality assurance, data analysis, or a related process-oriented environment is preferred.
  • Experience handling contractual documents and structured data review activities is beneficial.
  • Experience working in client-facing or service delivery environments is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Legal background, law degree, or legal operations experience.
  • Familiarity with contract lifecycle management processes.
  • Experience with quality assurance or document review workflows.
  • Understanding of data privacy, compliance, and risk management principles.
  • AI literacy and experience using AI-enabled productivity tools.
  • Additional European language skills such as Spanish or Italian.
  • Experience working in multinational or global business environments.
