Position Summary: Responsible for lifecycle management of subaward agreements with participating healthcare organizations. Primary Responsibilities Draft grant/subaward agreements Manage contract execution Monitor and approve? deliverables Review and approve? amendments Coordinate renewals Track milestones Resolve contractual issues Maintain documentation Ensure compliance Coordinate contract closeout Contract Manager - EMR Modernization Grade Level: 6 Anticipated Salary: $140,000 - $150,000 Qualifications Bachelor's degree 5+ years of contract management experience Federal grants experience Knowledge of procurement regulations
