The Role

We’re hiring a Contract Recruiter to help us build the team behind the next generation of creator marketing. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting across client services, strategy, creator operations, sales, product, and other priority roles. You’ll partner directly with hiring managers to translate fast-moving business needs into sharp role profiles, targeted searches, and a candidate experience that reflects Devotion’s ambition and pace.

This is a remote contract role open to candidates based in the United States.

What You’ll Do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake and job-description development through sourcing, screening, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer support
• Build targeted pipelines for roles across marketing, account management, strategy, creator operations, partnerships, sales, product, and technology
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define scorecards, calibrate candidate profiles, and keep searches moving with clear weekly reporting
• Proactively source high-quality passive candidates through LinkedIn, professional communities, referrals, and creative outbound strategies
• Run thoughtful screens that assess functional ability, operating style, and fit for a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
• Maintain clean recruiting workflows, accurate candidate data, and a consistently strong candidate experience
• Advise the team on talent-market dynamics, compensation expectations, pipeline health, and hiring tradeoffs
• Help improve Devotion’s recruiting systems, templates, processes, and employer brand as we scale

Who You Are

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with meaningful experience recruiting for marketing agencies and/or in-house marketing teams at consumer brands
• A strong track record filling client services, strategy, creative, social, influencer, partnerships, growth, or marketing operations roles
• Experience managing multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining speed, judgment, and attention to detail
• Skilled at proactive sourcing and engaging passive candidates, not just managing inbound applicants
• Comfortable partnering with founders and senior hiring managers in an evolving, high-growth environment
• Clear, responsive communicator with strong candidate instincts and disciplined follow-through
• Systems-minded and comfortable using applicant tracking systems, recruiting analytics, and AI-enabled tools

Bonus Points

• Experience recruiting in creator marketing, influencer marketing, social media, talent management, or the broader creator economy
• A network across agencies, consumer brands, creator platforms, or marketing technology companies
• Experience recruiting for early-stage or rapidly scaling startups
