Senior Technical Recruiter (IT)

Experience: 3-4+ years Location: Remote Type: Nationwide Recruitment Prefer: Candidate to be located in Chicago or FL Details: Full IT Vertical, with a strong understanding of application/web development recruitment. Example of roles they have: Java Engineer, Front End, Full Stack, Cloud Dev, PM, Business Analyst, Robotics, Infrastructure, Program Delivery, DevOps, Cloud architect, Software architect, robotics, cyber-security and etc. Commission: Tier Structured (Paid out Monthly) Tier 1: 0-150K (10%) Tier 2: 150K-300K (12.5%) Tier 3: 300K-500K (15.5) Tier 4: 500K+ (17.5%) About 90% of their revenue is perm deals, prefer someone with contract experience who has an understanding of H1 and c2c. Company has good retention, has only needed to let go of one person since opening. They don't offer any training due to bandwidth, would need the candidate to already be experienced.
