Contract Technical Recruiter / Sourcer

Apply Job Type Contract Description 3-Month Contract | Approximately 30 Hours/Week We’re looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter/Sourcer to help us move quickly on an aggressive hiring plan. Over the next three months, we expect to hire approximately 25 people , primarily across Software Engineering, Product, and Quality Assurance. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to find great technical talent, build pipelines quickly, and keep multiple searches moving at the same time. What You’ll Do Proactively source candidates for Software, Product, and QA roles Build targeted searches using LinkedIn, Boolean search, referrals, and other sourcing channels Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and adjust searches quickly Maintain strong candidate pipelines across multiple open positions Track sourcing activity, response rates, pipeline health, and hiring progress This is a three-month contract role with an immediate start. We’re looking for someone who can jump in quickly, understand what we need, and start building qualified pipelines from day one. There is the possibility of extension or future permanent employment. Requirements What We’re Looking For 3+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience, ideally in technology Demonstrated success sourcing software engineers and other technical talent Experience managing multiple searches in a fast-paced environment Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search skills Organized, responsive, and comfortable working independently Ability to move quickly without sacrificing candidate quality Salary Description $40/hr
