Role: Contracts Manager (FIDIC) - Interim/Contract role Consulting Seniority: Consultant - Manager Day rate: €450-€600 Project duration: 18 months full-time (in 6 month installments) Location: 2-3 days on-site in North Amsterdam, the rest of the week working remotely (home office) We’re supporting a global construction and property consultancy that advises clients across major real estate, infrastructure and sustainability programmes worldwide. They're seeking a Contracts Manager (FIDIC) to oversee the commercial and contractual aspects of data centre construction and infrastructure programmes. Administer FIDIC contracts in strict accordance with the relevant conditions set out in the applicable book and the project's particular conditions Support the development of a contracting strategy, a pricing model and a risk allocation framework. These should all be aligned with the project's and the client's objectives Draft and manage RFPs, ITTs, and contract documentation; oversee bid evaluations and lead contract award negotiations with contractors, consultants, and key suppliers Evaluate, negotiate and settle contractor claims, including EOT requests, delay damages, loss and expense claims, and final accounts An independent consultant Experience managing and administering FIDIC contracts, including hands on administration of Red, Yellow, and/or Silver Book across the full project life cycle Nice to have: Experience on hyperscale or colocation data centre programmes with EPC, EPCM, or Design & Build contracting strategies
