Maintains a log of pending contracts, as requested. Prioritizes work depending on importance, rushes, contract principal requirements, etc. Reviews redlines received from clients and highlights areas of concern for attorney. Participates in Special Projects and performs other duties as assigned by Director. Upholds the Crawford Code of Business Ethics as all times. Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. At least 3 years business experience preferably in a legal setting. Familiarity with general insurance vocabulary is desirable. Working knowledge of Crawford corporate structure, products, services, home office and regional office processes, policies and procedures is desirable. Excellent interpersonal skills and team player attitude. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task. Excellent telephone, writing and proofreading skills. Must be self-motivated and able to meet deadlines under pressure. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Excellent computer skills. Paralegal certificate or degree. Must compete continuing education requirements as outlined by Crawford Educational Services.
