Social Media & Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media & Marketing Specialist to manage online presence, create engaging content, and support marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across different social media platforms and can turn ideas into content that attracts and engages the target audience. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain company social media accounts and online platforms. Create, edit, and publish engaging social media content. Develop social media content calendars and marketing campaigns. Write captions, promotional content, and basic marketing copy. Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and competitor activities. Respond to comments, messages, and online inquiries when required. Support digital marketing activities, promotions, and campaigns. Track and report social media and marketing performance. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and marketing strategies. Requirements Proven experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Marketing, or a related role . Strong understanding of major social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Good written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. Basic skills in graphic design and/or video editing are an advantage. Ability to use social media management and content creation tools. Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. Experience with paid advertising, analytics, or digital marketing tools is a plus.
