🔹 3-5 years of experience in Contract Administration, Compliance, or Construction-related roles

🔹 Strong experience with Adobe Acrobat (editing & redlining)

🔹 Advanced Microsoft Word skills

🔹 Solid Excel experience (tracking, reporting, spreadsheets)

🔹 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

🔹 Experience managing contracts, documentation, and compliance records

Nice to Have:

🏗️ Construction industry experience

🏠 Roofing industry experience

📊 Smartsheet experience
