About the Role In this opportunity as a Contracts Specialist in the GCO team you will: Work with Account Managers around the world, this role manages the life cycle of all customer contracts. Be responsible for guaranteeing the regulatory and compliance protocols, commercial policy, and a good understanding of contract standards and rights. Be responsible or the life cycle management of News Agency & Professional contracts worldwide. About You You’re a fit for the role if your background includes: Advanced English proficiency both written and oral. Candidates will be tested before starting a selection process. Additional languages - German preferable. Contract management experience and familiarity with legal language. Good understanding of financial regulatory protocols. Experience of compliance and other standard business protocols. Experience of analytics and strategic thinking. Strong communication skills to suit a global business. Experience of operational technologies and databases. Advanced experience in Microsoft Suite (e.g. Word, PPT, Excel). Attention to detail. Good written English language skills (for drafting legal documents). Good organizational skills – Track Pipeline for upcoming deals. Ability to prioritise work under a high paced environment. Ability to self motivate and meet targets. Collaborative team player. Ability to build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders (Sales, Sales Planners, Finance, Legal, Tax). Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations. For Poland, the base compensation range for this role is 67,900 PLN - 126,100 PLN. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
