About the Role:

As our Controlling Analyst, you’ll have a broad view of the company’s financial performance and will work closely with management, controlling and banking partners.

Responsibilities:

• preparing the company's budget and revising it according to the requirements received from the management and the indications from the controlling area of BCR, based on the centralized information from all the functional entities of the company.
• balance sheet management activities: monitoring and hedging of the foreign exchange position, cash flow preparation, trading activities, asset and debt correlation reports on maturities and currencies, optimization of the financing structure.
• periodic balance sheet management reports for Group and relevant committees.
• verification of the trading activities.
• ensuring representativeness in relations with the bank regarding loans and deposits and coordinating the activity of documenting and approving new loans.
• reports on the profitability of the company's products.
• stress test analysis for statutory indicators and monitoring of capital requirements.
• business cases based on the assumptions provided by the company's management.
• improving methodologies and controlling processes.
• reports for financial management presentations.
• processing information regarding the accounting and fiscal data.
• end-of-month accounting verification (substantiating the accounts and verifying the existence of the mandatory accounting registers).

Qualifications:

• a Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Economics, Finance or a technical field.
• advanced courses or qualifications in an economic/financial field.
• good knowledge of banking and financial leasing products.
• advanced English skills, both written and spoken.
• strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
• a structured and analytical approach, with strong attention to detail.
• a proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
