We’re looking for a Conversion Copywriter who can take ownership of content performance and help shape what we say, how we say it, and what we test next. Your content can reach more than 100 million readers each month, with a clear opportunity to grow into a Content Lead role. This is a chance to create content that gets tested, measured, and scaled—not just published. Get ready to Write persuasive, conversion-focused email copy for multiple DTC brands. Own the copywriting process from customer research and concept development to final delivery. Collaborate with email marketers, designers, and other team members to develop and launch A/B tests. Use performance data to understand what worked, what didn’t, and how the next campaign can perform better. Research customers, competitors, market trends, and emerging creative angles. Regularly share useful insights, examples, and new ideas with the wider team. Help establish stronger content standards and improve how we approach conversion copy across our portfolio. We expect you to Relevant DTC copywriting experience is essential. Your experience may come from writing advertorials, paid ads, blogs, landing pages, or emails. You understand that strong copy starts with research, not a blinking cursor. You can turn customer pain points, desires, reviews, and objections into persuasive messaging. You understand conversion principles and can create meaningful A/B test hypotheses. You’re passionate about email and curious about what makes people open, click, and buy. You take ownership of results instead of considering the job finished once the copy is delivered. You collaborate well, welcome feedback, and can confidently explain your creative decisions. You have excellent written English and strong attention to detail. A portfolio containing relevant DTC work is required Salary Gross salary range is 3200-4000 EUR/month. Location We have several great workspaces to choose from, including our headquarters in Vilnius and our hubs in Klaipėda and Riga. For our Vilnius office, we follow a 4 days onsite, 1 day remote hybrid model. For roles based outside Vilnius, the work arrangement -onsite, hybrid, or remote-depends on the specific position.
