We are searching for the best talent for Coordinador de Operaciones Patients Solutions to be in Bogotá.
Purpose
The Patient Solutions Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring that Patient Education programs operate effectively, consistently, and in alignment with clearly defined strategic priorities.
This role supports the day‑to‑day execution of Patient Education programs by proactively detecting operational frictions, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance, and supporting the consolidation of data and KPIs that provide visibility into program performance. By translating operational execution into reliable data, the coordinator helps maintain a clear connection between strategy and execution, working in close alignment with the Senior Coordinator.
The position is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding how things work end‑to‑end, identifying where processes can run better, and ensuring that execution reflects the intended strategic focus.
Key responsibilities
- Execute with reliability and discipline
Ensure Patient Education activities are carried out consistently within defined processes, standards, and governance, delivering dependable operational outcomes.
- Maintain quality and compliance
Perform quality checks and support documentation to meet regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements, ensuring accuracy and traceability in all activities.
- Support data and KPI consolidation
Consolidate, validate, and maintain operational data and KPIs, contributing to clear visibility of program performance and execution effectiveness.
- Identify operational frictions early
Detect deviations, inefficiencies, or execution gaps in day‑to‑day operations and escalate them through defined channels to prevent broader impact.
- Ensure alignment between strategy and execution
Help ensure that operational activities reflect defined strategic priorities, working in close alignment with the Senior Coordinator to translate focus into execution.
- Apply data analysis
Review operational and patient‑related data to identify trends or signals that support better planning, execution, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate effectively across teams
Coordinate with internal teams and approved external partners to support smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Operate with a patient‑centric and ethical mindset
Support patient interactions through approved channels, respecting patients’ rights, privacy, and regulatory requirements at all times.
