Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités transformateurs en France, nous recherchons un Coordinateur de Projets Clients capable d'accompagner nos clients stratégiques tout au long de leurs projets.

Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la réussite de projets à forte visibilité, notamment auprès de clients grands comptes ou évoluant dans des environnements exigeants tels que les infrastructures critiques et le nucléaire.

Véritable point de contact, vous assurerez une expérience client fluide tout au long du cycle d'exécution des commandes, en collaborant étroitement avec les équipes commerciales, projets, usines et services sur site.

Votre impact

Au sein de l'organisation, vous serez le référent de vos clients et contribuerez activement à la réussite de leurs projets :

  • Être le point de contact des clients pour les aspects techniques et commerciaux tout au long de leur parcours.
  • Coordonner l'exécution des projets de fourniture de transformateurs auprès de clients stratégiques ou à forte complexité.
  • Organiser et animer les jalons clés des projets (lancement, réunions de suivi, revues d'avancement, visites d'usines, etc.).
  • Assurer le bon déroulement du processus de commande jusqu'à la facturation en collaboration avec les équipes internes.
  • Suivre proactivement l'avancement des projets et anticiper les éventuels points de blocage.
  • Gérer les demandes d'évolution, modifications contractuelles et réclamations clients.
  • Faciliter les échanges entre les différentes parties prenantes internes en France, en Europe et à l'international ainsi qu'avec les sous-traitants et les clients.
  • Piloter les aspects administratifs et documentaires nécessaires à la bonne exécution des projets.
  • Contribuer à la satisfaction et à la fidélisation des clients en garantissant un haut niveau de service.

Votre profil

  • Formation d’ingénieur avec plus de 6 ans d’expérience en gestion de projets dans les secteurs de l’énergie, des services aux collectivités ou de l’industrie électro‑intensive
  • Compétences en gestion contractuelle, à l’aise avec les chiffres et doté(e) d’une sensibilité commerciale
  • Capacité à travailler en autonomie, avec rigueur, sens de l’écoute et détermination
  • Excellentes capacités de communication, sens du collectif et forte orientation client
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques
  • Anglais et Français courants, à l’écrit comme à l’oral
