Ce que vous ferez Le·la Coordinateur·trice Supply Chain joue un rôle central dans la performance commerciale et opérationnelle de la ligne de métier. Ses principales responsabilités incluent : Identifier et saisir les opportunités commerciales à court et moyen terme en étroite collaboration avec les équipes commerciales . Garantir la disponibilité des produits en prenant toutes les actions nécessaires pour tenir les engagements. Optimiser la performance de la supply chain dans son périmètre grâce à des initiatives d’amélioration ciblées (à court et moyen terme ) afin de maximiser les ventes et la satisfaction client. Maintenir un équilibre stratégique entre service, inventaire , coûts et empreinte carbone , en cohérence avec les objectifs du Groupe Michelin. Agir en tant que partenaire de confiance auprès du management commercial central sur le segment concerné , et servir de point de contact principal pour la supply chain. Ce que vous apporterez Expérience : Minimum de 2 ans en gestion de la supply chain. Une progression démontrée en leadership est un atout . Collaboration : Capacité à travailler de manière transparente au sein d’équipes interfonctionnelles et à mobiliser divers intervenants dans la chaîne d’approvisionnement de la Business Line et d’autres entités du Groupe Michelin, notamment les équipes commerciales . Communication : Excellentes compétences en présentation et en communication verbale. Compétences analytiques : Capacité à comprendre des enjeux complexes, à mener des analyses approfondies et à piloter des initiatives de résolution de problèmes . What you will do The Supply Chain Coordinator plays a central role in the commercial and operational performance of the Business Line. Their main responsibilities include: Identifying and capturing short- and medium-term commercial opportunities in close collaboration with the sales teams, Ensuring product availability by taking all necessary actions to meet commitments, Optimizing supply chain performance within their area of responsibility through targeted improvement initiatives (short and medium term) to maximize sales and customer satisfaction, Maintaining a strategic balance between service, inventory, costs, and carbon footprint, in line with Michelin Group objectives , Acting as a trusted partner to central commercial management for the relevant business segment, serving as the primary supply chain point of contact. What you will bring Experience: minimum of 2 years in supply chain management. Progressive leadership career growth is a plus. Collaboration: Ability to work transparently within cross functional teams and engage various stakeholders across the Business Line supply chain and other Michelin Group entities, especially Sales. Communication: Strong presentation and effective verbal communication skills required . Analytical skills: Ability to understand complex cross-functional challenges, conduct in-depth analyses, and lead problem solving initiatives. Leadership and initiative: High level of autonomy and proactivity in identifying opportunities and implementing solutions. Unwavering commitment to mentorship and Team development.
