Develop new programming concepts, formats, and creative initiatives that strengthen and grow the MS NOW brand. Collaborate with Programming, Legal, Standards, Marketing, PR, and Creative Operations to ensure all content meets editorial, legal, and business objectives. Oversee production staff, schedules, and budgets, while anticipating challenges and ensuring projects are delivered on time and at the highest quality. 7+ years of experience producing television, streaming, digital, or long-form content, with experience managing projects from development through final delivery. Proven leadership experience managing producers, cross-functional teams, and multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Experience collaborating with external media companies, talent, and other creative partners to develop and execute high-quality programming. Strong editorial judgment, storytelling instincts, and knowledge of all phases of production, from development through post-production and delivery. Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship management skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships across internal and external teams. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is required. Additional Requirements: Must work in New York, NY. Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
