Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day Tier 1 & 2 HR Compliance support during peak hiring season. Monitor and follow up on E-Verify cases, including Tentative Non-confirmations (TNCs) and other cases requiring additional action. Respond to routine onboarding questions including I-9 and E-Verify, escalating complex matters as appropriate. Answer Tier 1 questions regarding the background check process, including status and process-related inquiries. Assist with monitoring onboarding compliance and identifying employees or locations requiring follow-up. Run, review, and maintain compliance reports using Workday and other HR systems. Assist with data review, reconciliation, and reporting to support HR Compliance initiatives. Follow established procedures, job aids, and escalation protocols to ensure consistent handling of compliance matters. Provide additional administrative and reporting support to the HR Compliance team during periods of high hiring volume. Education High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience Minimum 1+ years of hands-on Form I-9 management experience, including familiarity with I-9 completion, document review, corrections, reverification, and compliance requirements. Experience managing or following up on E-Verify cases. Minimum 1 year of Workday experience, preferably within HR, recruiting, onboarding, or compliance. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Basic – Proficient of Microsoft Office Suite Applications Excel – sort and filter data, VLOOKUP, Copy & Paste Outlook – send and receive emails. Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately review employee and compliance data Experience with Workday, E-Verify, Equifax, Zendesk, Excel, Outlook preferred Schedule Flexible 4 days per week Flexible 3 hours on Saturday OR Sunday Total weekly hours = Minimum 40 hours per week Hire Date: end of August or early September 2026 Remote Explore our benefits site to discover all the perks and support we offer!
