Join Our National Team as the Coordinator - Sales & Strategic Accounts! Are you looking to leverage your expertise to grow a role that offers varied and challenging work? Our company, a leading parent organization that owns and operates 340+ franchise locations across North America, seeks a Coordinator - Sales & Strategic Accounts. The Coordinator - Sales & Strategic Accounts provides sales, business development, strategic account, analytical, operational, and administrative support to the Business Development and Account Management teams in Canada. This role supports revenue growth and client retention by coordinating sales and client initiatives, maintaining accurate sales and account information, supporting strategic client relationships, preparing reporting and presentations, and helping ensure consistent execution of client programs. The Coordinator also supports sales process documentation, accounts receivable coordination, events, and departmental administration. This position is suited to a highly organized sales support professional who can balance client service, analytical work, project coordination, and multiple priorities in a remote environment. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Client Program & Sales Operations Support Coordinate the launch and implementation of new client programs, ensuring all documentation, communication materials, reporting requirements, and internal processes are in place. Support onboarding activities for new national, regional, and strategic accounts. Maintain program documentation, service standards, workflows, and client-specific requirements. Assist the team in tracking key milestones, deliverables, and implementation timelines for client initiatives. Documentation & SOP Library Management Develop, maintain, and organize a centralized library of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), account management resources, client program materials, presentations, templates, and sales tools. Ensure all client-facing and internal documentation remains current, accurate, and accessible. Support the creation and continuous improvement of sales playbooks, account management guides, reporting templates, and training materials Coordinate document version control and governance processes Identify opportunities to standardize processes and improve operational efficiency across the Sales and Account Management teams Client Accounts Receivable (AR) Coordination Monitor client accounts receivable aging and support collection activities in partnership with Finance and Operations teams Assist account managers in addressing outstanding invoices, client inquiries, and payment-related concerns Escalate collection risks or payment issues that may impact client relationships or contractual obligations Support account reviews by identifying trends, payment delays, and opportunities for process improvement Client Reporting & Business Intelligence Review data quality and reporting accuracy to support informed business decisions. Conduct audits and analysis of client, sales, and program data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Support quarterly business reviews, client presentations, and executive reporting initiatives. Commercial Account & Client Program Support Provide day-to-day support for commercial account management activities, ensuring client requests and service requirements are addressed promptly. Coordinate the administration of insurance certificates, client compliance documentation, and other account-related requests from offices and clients. Support new client program launches by coordinating documentation, implementation requirements, communication plans, and reporting structures. Maintain client-specific documentation, service agreements, operational procedures, and program requirements. Assist with financial reporting, account reviews, and business performance analysis. Executive Administration & Expense Management Coordinate calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, and administrative support for Vice Presidents and senior leadership team members. Prepare, review, and submit expense reports and supporting documentation in accordance with company policies. Track departmental budgets, expenses, and event-related costs to support responsible management of team expenditures. Coordinate leadership meetings, presentations, agendas, meeting materials, and follow-up action items. Support planning and remote execution of client events, conferences, trade shows, and internal meetings. Manage document preparation, correspondence, filing, and records management for key personnel. Support special projects, reporting requests, and operational initiatives on behalf of executive leadership. Other duties as assigned Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, spreadsheets, validation, and reconciliation. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint. CRM administration and data management skills. Report generation, dashboard creation, and performance tracking. Documentation development and process mapping. Financial administration and reconciliation skills. Calendar, travel, and expense management. Presentation preparation and formatting. Records management and document control. Data entry accuracy and quality assurance. Knowledge of sales operations, account management, and customer relationship management principles. Knowledge of insurance industry terminology, client programs, and service delivery models. Knowledge of business administration, project coordination, and document management practices. Knowledge of document version control, records management, and process governance. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, franchise offices, vendors, and senior leadership. Presentation development and business writing. Ability to draft professional client-facing correspondence and work independently with appropriate direction and accountability. Ability to represent the organization professionally in client, franchise, vendor, and internal interactions. Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive business and client information. Ability to adapt to changing priorities while managing multiple projects and deadlines. Ability to follow our Paul Davis Values, Vision, Mission, and 10 Serving Basics Required Education and Experience: Post-secondary diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications, Project Management, or a related field. Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered. 3+ years of experience in sales coordination, account management support, business development support, sales operations, client services, project coordination, or administrative support. Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, marketing, sales, or a related discipline Certification or coursework in: CRM Administration (Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot, Luxor etc.), Project Management, Business Analytics, Customer Success or Account Management Advanced Microsoft Excel training or certification 5+ years of experience supporting sales, account management, or client service team Experience with: Client program implementation SOP development and process documentation Accounts receivable coordination Reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking Experience in the insurance, restoration, construction, franchise, or professional services industries Experience supporting a national or multi-location organization Physical Requirement: The physical and functional requirements described below reflect the essential activities of this primarily remote, computer-based role. Work Environment: This is a primarily remote position based in Canada. Work is generally performed using a computer, telephone, email, video conferencing, and other business systems. Occasional work from company offices, client locations, conferences, or event venues may be required. Travel: Minimal travel is required, generally approximately 2-6 times per year, for meetings, client events, conferences, or other business purposes.
