About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Editor / Proofreader to review and refine written content for clarity, grammar, consistency, and accuracy. The ideal candidate should have strong English language skills and the ability to improve content quality while maintaining the original tone and intent.

Responsibilities

Proofread and edit documents for grammar, punctuation, spelling, and formatting errors

• Improve sentence structure, readability, and overall content flow
• Ensure consistency in tone, style, and formatting across documents
• Review blogs, articles, emails, website content, reports, and marketing materials
• Fact-check and verify content accuracy when required
• Deliver error-free content within deadlines
• RequirementsProven experience as an Editor, Proofreader, or Content Reviewer
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Familiarity with grammar and style guides
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
• Proficiency in MS Word, Google Docs, and editing tools
• Preferred SkillsExperience editing business, technical, or marketing content
• Knowledge of SEO content editing
• Familiarity with AI-generated content editing
