Position Overview

StaffHero is seeking a talented and creative Copywriter to develop clear, engaging, and persuasive written content across multiple channels. The ideal candidate understands how to adapt messaging to different audiences and can write copy that informs, engages, and drives action.

This role will work closely with marketing and creative teams to deve lop content for websites, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, job postings, and other business materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Write clear, compelling, and conversion-focused copy for websites, landing pages, emails, advertisements, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging social media captions, headlines, hooks, taglines, and promotional content.
• Develop email campaigns and marketing communications.
• Write and edit website copy, service descriptions, blogs, articles, and other long-form content.
• Create compelling job descriptions and recruitment marketing content when needed.
• Research target audiences, industries, competitors, and relevant topics to develop effective messaging.
• Adapt tone and messaging based on the target audience, platform, and brand guidelines.
• Proofread and edit content for grammar, clarity, accuracy, consistency, and brand voice.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, recruiters, and leadership to develop campaigns and creative concepts.
• Repurpose existing content into different formats and channels.
• Use performance data and audience insights to improve copy and messaging.
• Maintain consistency in brand voice and messaging across all communications.

AI & LLM Experience

• Use AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to support research, brainstorming, drafting, editing, and content optimization.
• Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar platforms.
• Ability to use AI effectively while maintaining originality, accuracy, brand voice, and human-quality writing.
• Stay current with emerging AI tools and content workflows.

Qualifications

Required

• 2+ years of professional copywriting, content writing, marketing, or related experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating professional writing and copywriting work.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong understanding of grammar, tone, storytelling, and persuasive writing.
• Ability to write for different audiences, industries, and platforms.
• Strong research and fact-checking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and conversion-focused content.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred

• Experience with SEO copywriting and keyword research.
• Experience writing landing pages, paid advertising copy, email campaigns, and sales materials.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
• Experience working with U.S.-based companies or clients.
• Experience in staffing, healthcare, B2B, SaaS, or professional services.
• Strong knowledge of AI-assisted content creation and LLM prompting.
