Profile Requirements: Min 3.5 Years of Proven Experience in American English writing and/or editing. Superior writing skills with the ability to present information clearly, concisely, and accurately. Impeccable grammar, spelling, and attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines. Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Microsoft Word. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required). Familiarity with AP Style (preferred but not required). Core responsibilities: Write and edit high-quality content, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and strong readability. Work under the guidance of the editorial manager to follow project requirements, editorial standards, and client guidelines. Apply quality control feedback during the training and production process to refine and strengthen writing. Research and incorporate accurate information, including biographical details, as needed for assignments. Consistently maintain style, tone, and formatting across various types of writing projects. Produce well-structured and engaging content for press releases, biographical profiles, website content, and other editorial assignments. Meet all deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
