About the Role

We are looking for a remote Copywriter to support our investor marketing across multiple channels. This is a hands-on writing role focused on clear, compliant, conversion-focused copy that follows strategy and is executed to a high standard.

The ideal candidate enjoys writing copy that performs, understands how to communicate complex investment concepts to sophisticated audiences, and is comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and deadlines. This role is a good fit for someone with experience in financial services, private equity, real estate investment, or wealth management marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Write high-performing copy for social media (ads and organic), landing pages, email campaigns, investor presentations, and other marketing and sales materials
• Translate complex private equity and investment offerings into clear, compelling messaging for accredited and high-net-worth investors
• Adapt tone, messaging, and structure across channels while keeping the BAI Capital brand voice consistent
• Work with design, marketing, and investor relations teams to align copy with creative and strategic direction
• Write within financial marketing regulations and work with the compliance team on reviews and required disclosures
• Revise and refine copy based on feedback, performance data, and A/B testing results
• Make sure all copy is reviewed, proofread, and finalized before launch
• Write scripts and promotional content for investor webinars and events

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of professional copywriting experience
• Experience writing marketing copy for private equity, real estate investment, alternative investments, or financial services
• Proven experience writing copy for paid ads, landing pages, and email marketing
• Ability to work independently and communicate well in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with investment marketing compliance, such as SEC marketing rules, Reg D offerings, and accredited investor communications
• Experience writing investor-facing materials such as offering summaries, pitch decks, newsletters, or webinar content
• Knowledge of EB-5, real estate development, or fund marketing
• Familiarity with performance-driven copywriting and A/B testing
• Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and investor journeys
• Experience working with a marketing agency or a fast-paced in-house marketing team
