About the Role

Our client, a growing skincare/personal care brand, is looking for a talented Website Copywriter to lead a short-term website refresh project. This is not an ongoing article-writing role — the focus is on elevating brand storytelling, taglines, and core website copy to create a stronger emotional connection with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Write brand and storytelling copy for the homepage, about page, and key website sections
• Develop short, impactful taglines that capture the brand's voice
• Write concise, persuasive product and company descriptions (approx. 5 SKUs — not full articles per product)
• Create copy that complements new brand photography currently in production
• Bring a strong sense of customer perspective and emotional resonance to every piece
• Deliver the bulk of the work within a short-term project timeline (target: end of October)

Requirements

• Native or near-native English writing level (C2)
• A portfolio demonstrating persuasive, emotionally engaging copywriting — not just grammatically correct text
• Strong storytelling instincts and ability to develop brand voice
• Comfortable working independently on a fast-paced, short-term project
• Experience writing for skincare, beauty, or personal care brands (strongly preferred)

Ideal Candidate

Someone who writes with genuine creative instinct, not just technical correctness — a writer who understands how to make a reader feel something and want to learn more. They're comfortable jumping into a short, focused project and delivering high-quality work quickly, without needing extensive onboarding. A natural interest in skincare or personal care helps them write with authenticity and understand the customer's perspective.
