CORE A2R Implementation Manager As the SAP Acquire to Retire (A2R) Implementation Manager, you are responsible for providing expert guidance and support throughout the CORE S/4 HANA Transformation project; you will focus on ensuring effective business support in Portfolio and Project Management, specifically in the implementation and optimization of SAP PPM services; you will apply your understanding of SAP EAM Asset Care processes to enable standardized practices, drive process adherence, and facilitate user engagement with the new Bayer SAP EAM solution across multiple legal entities and regions. YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Drive the business design update process and translate implementation and support findings into actionable design improvements and requirements; Update and maintain process documentation and process mapping in SAP Signavio; Support management and configuration activities for the ADO ALM tool and serve as the business contact for inquiries on MDDM and APM solutions; Actively support implementation waves and assist users during project execution to establish and stabilize SAP functions; Collaborate closely with the project team to capture lessons learned and incorporate them into project updates, training content, and roll‑out plans; Support and deliver master training sessions for legal entities and update training materials based on feedback and implementation learnings; Support migration activities including local master data checks, data cleansing support, migration readiness validation, and organization of productive migrations; Support ad-hoc report creation in SAP Analytics Cloud and related analytics tasks. WHO YOU ARE Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following: Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Overall 5+ years of professional experience, with a minimum of 3+ years in SAP domain roles or SAP implementation/support work; Comprehensive understanding of Asset & Investment Management business processes and strong knowledge of SAP EAM/PPM data structures and investment/project management processes; Familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies and best practices, and experience supporting SAP S/4HANA transformation activities; Proven analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills; Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and cultures; Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with project tools such as ADO/ALM; Experience with project management approaches (Waterfall and/or Agile) and the ability to translate business requirements into system functionality; Self‑starter, detail oriented, proactive, and committed to continuous self‑development; Preferred Qualifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, SAP) are a plus; Experience supporting global SAP S/4HANA transformations and collaborating across multiple legal entities and regions; Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud reporting and hands‑on involvement in data migration and data cleansing activities. At Bayer, we are committed to transparency, equal pay for equal work or work of equal value, and objective reward practices. The minimum gross monthly salary for this role is 12,400 PLN. The final salary will be determined based on objective factors such as professional experience, qualifications, scope of responsibility. This position is to be eligible for variable pay components, such as annual or performance-based bonuses, awarded in accordance with the applicable employee group, role scope, and compensation structure.
