Overview This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, growing company. You'll be a key part of the accounting team, working closely with the AP and Treasury groups. While the core responsibilities are daily and month-end close tasks, there is room for growth as the company continues to scale. Our culture values self-starters who can problem-solve independently and identify process improvements proactively.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily and weekly cash, AP, and general journal entries
• Perform balance sheet and cash reconciliations
• Prepare standard accruals, expense reclass entries, and other month-end close journal entries
• Conduct weekly reconciliations to support internal reporting needs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with AP and Treasury teams on refunds, checks, and related items
• Proactively identify process improvements and automation opportunities within existing workflows and workbooks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3-5+ years of relevant accounting experience, including hands-on journal entries and reconciliations
• Strong US GAAP knowledge
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills — comfortable working with large datasets
• Experience supporting month-end and year-end close processes
• Strong English communication skills (C1 level minimum)
• Self-starter with process improvement mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience with Sage Intacct
• Big 4 background
• SOX controls experience
• Exposure to AP or Treasury functions
