About the job

Our client is a premier, fast-growing international corporate services and global enterprise solutions provider (100–250 employees) bridging major commercial networks between North America and the Asia-Pacific region.

We are seeking an operationally precise, detail-oriented entry-level Corporate Administration Associate to join their fully remote operations squad in the United States. In this versatile role, you will govern day-to-day corporate administrative workflows, manage shared service data, handle vendor logistics, and coordinate multi-time zone communications.

Why Join Us

  • Comprehensive Visa Sponsorship: Work within a global culture dedicated to international talent retention. We fully accept OPT/STEM OPT candidates and actively provide H-1B visa sponsorship tracks based on performance.
  • 100% Remote Autonomy: Experience absolute geographical flexibility, executing core organizational support functions from anywhere within the United States using modern cloud-based work tools.
  • Accelerated Professional Trajectory: Gain a masterclass in global corporate operations, offering a natural progression track into Human Resources, Project Management, or Global Mobility leadership roles.
  • Vibrant Cross-Cultural Workspace: Engage with dynamic, multilingual teams handling high-impact international business coordination daily.

Responsibilities

Core Administrative Support & Documentation

  • Document Control: Organize and maintain secure digital corporate files, contracts, board resolutions, and operational databases to ensure data integrity.
  • Bilingual Translation: Translate internal corporate announcements, operations guides, employee reference manuals, and formal emails between English and Korean.
  • Invoice Processing: Review, code, and track routine administrative expenses, utility accounts, and workspace software subscriptions in collaboration with accounting teams.

Cross-Border Coordination & Scheduling

  • Calendar Management: Coordinate and map intricate, multi-time zone meeting schedules, panel interviews, and corporate syncs between US entities and overseas branches.
  • Meeting Stewardship: Draft professional agendas, distribute briefing materials, and record precise bilingual meeting minutes for executive review.
  • Global Logistics Alignment: Assist in organizing complex travel itineraries, visa document tracking, and accommodation arrangements for visiting corporate directors.

Workspace & Procurement Logistics

  • Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with remote IT supply vendors, office equipment providers, and localized third-party contractors.
  • Asset Tracking: Coordinate the distribution, tracking, and reclamation of corporate computing hardware and secure remote workforce setup materials.

Qualifications

Required

  • Language Mastery: Absolute professional fluency in both English and Korean (written and verbal) is an essential framework requirement. You must have the structural capability to compose corporate emails, translate operational documents, and lead bilingual communications confidently.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, International Trade, Human Resources, or an equivalent organizational discipline.
  • Experience: Entry-level (0 to 2 years of corporate experience). Prior internship or administrative support experience within an international corporate setting is highly valued.
  • Technical Savvy: High operational literacy across Google Workspace and MS Office (especially Excel for basic data sheet logging and PowerPoint for formatting presentation updates).
  • Core Competencies: Meticulous attention to detail, exceptional time-management habits, and a collaborative, highly proactive attitude.

Preferred

  • Foundational familiarity with remote collaboration platforms (Slack, Zoom, Asana, or Microsoft Teams).
  • Basic understanding of corporate compliance guidelines, global mobility logistics, or bookkeeping concepts.
