Corporate Communications and Branding Manager
Robin RadarProtect our global reputation and amplify our voice – so the world knows the story behind our radars.
As our Corporate Communications and Branding Manager, you own our global corporate narrative, public relations, and brand stewardship. You work side-by-side with Content Marketing, HR, and senior leadership – building a sharp internal communications rhythm, expanding our media presence in key markets like the US, and keeping our brand identity consistent worldwide. You report to the Head of Marketing, and you're a big part of why our global reputation stays strong as we scale.
What you'll do
Corporate narrative and messaging: Own the global corporate communications guidelines and messaging framework. Keep our corporate calendar aligned with Content Marketing to ensure seamless announcements, thought leadership, and executive communications.
Global PR and media relations: Lead media engagement by managing our external PR agency and building relationships with priority journalists. Proactively drive visibility around major company milestones, product launches, and key international events, focusing on the US market.
Executive positioning and media training: Prepare senior leaders for interviews, keynotes, and speaking opportunities. Provide media training, craft key messages, and position our leadership team as trusted industry experts.
Internal communications rhythm: Build and improve information flow between leadership and global teams. Partner closely with HR to deliver engaging internal messaging that reinforces our culture and keeps everyone aligned.
Brand stewardship and governance: Serve as the central point of contact for the Robin Radar brand. Maintain strict consistency across brand identity, tone of voice, and corporate assets – including fact sheets, presentations, videos, and templates.
