Provide practical legal guidance to executive and senior leadership, operating company teams, and project personnel on commercial agreements and operational matters. Review and negotiate other commercial contracts, including office leases, SaaS agreements, and temporary labor contracts. Support corporate transactions, including acquisitions, integration of new operating companies, joint ventures, and teaming agreements. Assist with corporate governance matters such as licensing and Secretary of State filings, as needed. Help develop and deliver training to leadership and operational teams on contract-related topics.
