Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, Saturday and Sunday off Location: On-site requirement Wednesday and Thursday at 121 NW Everett St. Portland, OR, 97209 Compensation: $75,000 - $97,000, annually Final comp will be determined based on relevant experience, education, credentials/licensure, and internal equity. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree in nonprofit management, business administration, public relations, philanthropic studies or a related field and 1 years of experience with relationship management (fund development, alumni relations, public relations, community organizing, sales, or relevant field) OR Associate's Degree and 2 years of experience with relationship management (fund development, alumni relations, public relations, community organizing, sales, or relevant field) OR 3 years of experience with relationship management (fund development, alumni relations, public relations, community organizing, sales, or relevant field). Must possess a current driver’s license, access to a vehicle, qualify as an Acceptable Driver as designated in Central City Concern’s Fleet Safety policy. Must pass an initial drivers training within 60 days of being an approved driver and continued recertification training. Must maintain vehicle insurance coverage of a minimum of $100,000/$300,000 personal auto liability coverage. At least 1 year experience using a donor CRM, Salesforce preferred. Must be able to work a flexible schedule to accommodate need for attendance at evening and weekend events/meetings as necessary. Will be required to carry an agency cell phone for work use. A cell phone will be provided by Central City Concern. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, TB Test, and background check. If a recovering chemically dependent individual, must be currently clean and sober. Physical ability to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, reach, pull and lift heavy objects. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage a portfolio of 80-150 corporate funders, with whom you will build and maintain thoughtful and authentic relationships. Develop and execute solicitation and engagement strategies that include virtual and in-person visits, calls, and written correspondence. Manage a portfolio of 200 mid-level donors through workplace giving programs, implementing tailored engagement strategies to deepen relationships and encourage retention, upgrades, and identification for major or legacy gifts. Participate in all aspects of the gift cycle including discovery, research, acquisition, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. Identify new corporate funding prospects from existing donor lists and other sources. Create and present corporate engagement proposals, such as sponsorships and workplace giving programs, tailored to the potential funders’ interests to support CCC’s programs. Deliver periodic reports to funders that ensure they understand the impact of their philanthropy. Prepare and submit grant proposals directed to corporate foundations. Rigorously use Salesforce to track activity, develop reports, and measure portfolio activity and outcomes. Create monthly reports as required by management that accurately reflect portfolio activity and performance. Adhere to all state and federal privacy regulations, including HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2, and to CCC policies and agreements regarding confidentiality, privacy, and security. Support compliance with all privacy and security requirements pursuant to community partners’ and outside providers’ patient confidentiality agreements, including privacy and security requirements for EMR access. This includes immediate reporting of any PHI breach of CCC or outside provider health records to the CCC Legal and Quality departments, as well as to the program administrator. Perform other duties as assigned. Self-awareness and discretion. Ability to engage with people of varied backgrounds with empathy, grace, compassion, and sensitivity. Excellent customer service skills. Basic knowledge of the social services landscape in Oregon preferred. Basic knowledge of current political landscape as it pertains to affordable housing, access to healthcare, and re-entry into the job market preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 products.
