🚀 Corporate Finance Manager – Transaction Services | Dublin | Hybrid

I'm working with a growing Corporate Finance team in Dublin who are looking to appoint a Corporate Finance Manager – Transaction Services.

This is a great opportunity for someone with Financial Due Diligence (FDD) experience who wants greater ownership of transactions, exposure to private equity and corporate clients, and a clear route to Senior Manager.

The opportunity:

✅ Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence on mid-market M&A transactions.

✅ Work directly with private equity investors, CFOs, founders and corporate acquirers.

✅ Manage transactions from initial engagement through to final reporting.

✅ Gain exposure to a variety of industries and transactions.

✅ Mentor junior colleagues and play a key role in a growing advisory team.

What you'll need:

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
• Strong Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence experience.
• Excellent financial analysis and report-writing skills.
• Commercial awareness and confidence dealing with senior stakeholders.
