I have an exciting opportunity *Candidates MUST be able to work on W2 to qualify for this role.* ​ Job Title: Compliance Analyst Duration: 4 Months Location: Pleasanton, CA Job Description: Coordinates compliance processes and procedures across organizational and functional boundaries. Researches regulatory requirements, assists in the development of internal policies and procedures to support the compliance department and prepares various reports and other compliance documents. Assists in providing guidance to senior management regarding compliance regulatory policies, practices and internal controls. Liaisons with internal and external auditors regarding all aspects of corporate compliance issues. Experience Level: BA or BS preferred; minimum 3+ years of direct relevant experience. This could be a remote role for the right candidate. This position will work on Audits of processes and areas. Candidates must have: Ability to analyze reports. Background in Continuous Improvement. Asset Management experience is a plus. Lean/Six Sigma background is highly preferred, not required.
