As Growth Strategy Manager in EPI’s CEO Office, you will shape and monitor the Growth Plan behind Wero, our European digital wallet, across markets and use cases. You will turn complex market insights into clear strategic choices, support business planning and long-term outlooks, and help senior leaders make decisions that can change the way Europe pays. 🐝 About the team You will join the CEO Office and report to the General Secretary. The team works at the heart of EPI’s strategic agenda, partnering closely with the Management Team, market teams and cross-functional leaders across Europe. You will also coordinate with internal experts and, when needed, external advisors supporting growth planning, corporate development and strategic studies. 💥 Your impact Lead the development, execution and continuous monitoring of EPI’s Growth Plan across all markets and use cases Design and maintain a common growth-planning framework, including market sizing methodologies, growth levers and KPI frameworks Monitor strategic performance indicators and identify risks, opportunities and corrective actions Coordinate the preparation and evolution of EPI’s business plan and long-term strategic outlook Develop strategic recommendations for the Management Team and translate analysis into clear executive materials Support strategic studies related to corporate development and business expansion opportunities Prepare high-impact materials for EPI’s Board of Directors and senior governance forums Manage external advisors supporting activities within the scope of the role. 💻 Technology stack Primary; Microsoft 365 Suite Secondary; Data visualisation tools and project management tools 🕵🏻♀️ To succeed, you should meet at least 70% of these requirements +5 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting (Associate, Project Leader, or Engagement Manager level) Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
