Main Responsibilities

  • Act as the day-to-day HR Business Partner, providing guidance on HR policies, people processes, employee relations, engagement and performance topics.
  • Support the Corporate HRBP Director by translating business and people priorities into concrete actions and ensuring execution and consistency across corporate populations.
  • Coordinate and execute recurring HR processes, including salary review preparation and employee lifecycle milestones.
  • Provide hands-on support on employee relations matters, attendance, probation follow-up, internal mobility, exits and documentation, escalating complex cases when required.
  • Maintain employee proximity and support HR operations through regular check-ins, engagement follow-up, organizational changes, reporting, stakeholder collaboration and continuous improvement of HR ways of working.


About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Labor Relations or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification is desirable.
  • Typically 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner, HR Manager or senior HR generalist roles supporting corporate functions.
  • Strong hands-on experience across employee lifecycle management, HR operations and employee relations.
  • Good understanding of labor legislation, compliance-related matters and collaboration with Legal, Payroll, C&B and Shared Services teams.
  • Comfortable using HR systems, Excel, PowerPoint, HR dashboards and reporting tools to produce data summaries and practical recommendations.
  • Fluent English required, with Spanish and/or Greek as a strong plus; able to work in international environments, travel when required and demonstrate strong HRBP capabilities, stakeholder management and operational ownership.
