Manage associate licensing, appointments, and terminations. Ensure compliance, maintain data accuracy, and liaison with state DOIs and vendors amid evolving regulations.

This position will report to the Stevens Point - Dixon Street Office location under a hybrid work model.

What You'll Do

As a Corporate Licensing Analyst, you will:

  • Leads claims, sales, and other associates whose role requires insurance licensing through the licensing process by providing guidance during the completion of state requirements, reviewing, and submitting applications, and handling follow-ups with internal and external contacts.

  • Provides guidance and monitors renewal statuses and communicates to associates accordingly.

  • Reviews and updates the licensing system to maintain accurate and compliant records.

  • Completes license and appointment terminations which includes processing requests, handling investigations with state DOI, and/or reviewing state action notices.

  • Completes timely processing and payment of company, producer and state appointment and renewal payments and ensures all fees are allocated to appropriate business units.

What it Takes

  • Associate Degree or equivalent work experience

  • Minimum 2 years of related work experience

  • Communication, organizational and human relations skills

  • Proficient knowledge of PC software programs such as Word and Excel

  • Strong customer service skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to learn PC software systems

  • Ability to maintain confidential information

  • Basic insurance courses helpful
