Our client is a top tier Irish business law firm with an international office network. Its Corporate department is growing because client demand has stayed strong, and it is now an additional Associate with 2+ years’ PQE.

The department is recognised as a leading adviser in Ireland on domestic and international transactions. You’d be working on some of the largest, highest-profile and most complex deals in the Irish market and internationally, with real responsibility from the start.

The work includes:

• Public and private M&A
• Private equity and venture capital
• Investment transactions and shareholders’ agreements
• Running many transactions elements such as due diligence, with partner support where needed

You’ll need:

• To be a qualified solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE from an Irish or international law firm
• Relevant Corporate M&A transactional experience
• Advanced drafting and written communication skills
• A strong work ethic and the ambition to progress your career
