The Foundation is an international development organisation working to prevent blindness and restore sight. We continue to carry on the legacy of Professor Fred Hollows, who believed every person had the right to quality eye care, no matter where they live. The Foundation has grown to work in more than 25 countries throughout Africa, South Asia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and the Pacific, as well as Australia. The Foundation has restored sight to more than 3 million people worldwide. THE OPPORTUNITY
Build, steward and grow a portfolio of corporate partnerships by delivering exceptional relationship management, meaningful engagement opportunities and compelling impact communications. The role is responsible for creating an outstanding partner experience that strengthens partner commitment, drives retention and renewal, and deepens support for The Foundation's mission.
Success in this role requires a relationship-focused and highly organised professional who can build trust, communicate with influence, collaborate across teams and consistently deliver exceptional partner experiences. Using sound judgement, attention to detail and a proactive approach, the role creates meaningful engagement opportunities that strengthen and grow corporate partnerships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement stewardship plans for corporate partners to ensure meaningful engagement, strong relationships and long-term support. Develop and implement stewardship plans for corporate partners to ensure meaningful engagement, strong relationships and long-term support.
- Manage a portfolio of corporate partners, acting as the primary point of contact and building trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
- Lead partnership renewal activities, including partnership reviews, engagement planning and identifying opportunities to deepen partner involvement and support.
- Coordinate and deliver high-quality impact reporting, communications and storytelling that demonstrate the outcomes and value of each partnership.
- Design and deliver partner engagement activities, including volunteering opportunities, workplace giving campaigns, site visits, events and other partnership activations.
- Work closely with internal teams and leadership to coordinate partner activities, prepare executive briefings and ensure partnership commitments are delivered effectively.
- Identify and progress opportunities to grow existing partnerships, increasing partner engagement, revenue and long-term value.
- Maintain accurate partnership records, reporting and performance data, monitoring engagement, renewal and stewardship outcomes, regular and timely input of the CRM and providing portfolio insights and recommendations.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Tertiary qualifications in communications, business, relationship management or a related field. communications, business, relationship management or a related field
- Experience managing corporate partnerships, key accounts, fundraising relationships or stakeholder engagement activities.
- Experience working with Workplace Giving, employee engagement or volunteering programs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Financial literacy, including managing budgets, invoices and partnership reporting.
- Experience coordinating projects, events, campaigns or engagement activities with multiple contributors.
- Experience using CRM systems and managing partnership or customer data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparing reports, presentations and impact communications.
