Salary Range: $62,000.00 To $72,000.00 Annually Job Posting Title Corporate Policy and Compliance Administrator Job Description Applicants must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States for NCCPA as NCCPA will not sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas. As the Corporate Policy and Compliance Administrator , you will be responsible for defining and executing the policy lifecycle, including policy development, approval, raising awareness, policy implementation, and regular reassessment. This position develops and implements policy standards, applicability, and scope for NCCPA and the supporting organizations, drafts and maintains job aids and reference documents, and assists the Senior Manager of Corporate Policy & Compliance with internal compliance and related projects. Reports To: Senior Manager of Corporate Policy & Compliance Who We Are: National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) is the only certifying organization for physician assistants in the United States. Established as a not-for-profit organization in 1974, we are dedicated to assuring the public that board certified PAs meet established standards of clinical knowledge and cognitive skills upon entry into practice and throughout their careers. All U.S. states, the District of Columbia and the U.S. territories have decided to rely on NCCPA certification as one of the criteria for licensure or regulation of PAs. Location: NCCPA is a hybrid work environment with our headquarters located in Johns Creek, Georgia. NCCPA has determined that the telecommuting status of this position is remote, which means that employees in remote positions are allowed to primarily work remotely with required travel for mandatory meetings, including to the NCCPA headquarters. As a matter of policy, NCCPA restricts remote positions to those in which the employee’s home office location in a U.S. jurisdiction in the Eastern or Central time zones. You will… Be responsible for day-to-day program management of various policy, procedure, job aid, and reference document projects, including the writing and editing of policies and procedures. Effectively work with key multi-functional stakeholder teams to shape and refine policies that address specific issues and ensure they align with NCCPA strategy and goals. Provide thoughtful strategic advice and guidance on policy and procedure development and compliance. Track policy updates consistent with the policy lifecycle and governance framework. Interact with all levels of management and employees on policy development, interpretation, and related issues. Serve as the primary administrator of the policy management system. Publish, track, and maintain policies, procedures, job aids, and reference documents. Ensure all policies, procedures, job aids, and reference documents are reviewed and approved. Remind document owners to review documents in accordance with their review cycles. Track employee acknowledgments of internal documents and escalate past due acknowledgments to Leadership Team members. Handle onboarding documents and orientation for new hires, interns, internal transfers, and promotions related to the policy and procedure lifecycle and policy management system. Conduct risk assessments, record, and track exceptions to internal policy requests. Serve as designated back-up to support copyright takedown requests for NCCPA and supporting organizations when needed. Assist with internal compliance and related projects as assigned. Hard Skills You Will Have A bachelor's degree A minimum of three years of experience in policy governance and compliance Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Strong writing skills including policy and business writing Experience with policy development, policy lifecycle management, and governance frameworks. Experience managing documentation workflows, policy updates, and governance-related processes. Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
