Corporate R&D Systems Product Owner

Job Description:

The Corporate R&D Systems Product Owner (Core Quality Management and Q&FS Risk Management) is responsible for maximizing the value of digital products that support global R&D, Quality, and Compliance processes. Working closely with Global Business Process Owners, Functional Experts, Digital Technology teams, and business stakeholders across segments, the role helps shape product strategy and roadmap priorities, drives the delivery of new capabilities, supports deployment and adoption, and owns the ongoing optimization and continuous improvement of assigned digital products to ensure they deliver sustainable business value.

What are we looking for?

Minimum Requirements

• Significant experience within R&D, Q&FS, SRA, Quality, or related business functions in a global environment.
• Multi-year hands-on experience with the relevant digital product(s) - Nexus Core Quality Management and FS management, ideally as a Functional Expert, Key User, or business process lead.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into digital product priorities and successfully deliver process and system improvements.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate across global segments, functions, and Digital Technology teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading or supporting digital transformation, product management, or IT-enabled projects.
• Experience with analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision making.
• Knowledge of vendor-managed enterprise platforms and digital product lifecycle management.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Shape Product Strategy and Priorities: Contribute to the product vision, roadmap, and backlog priorities, ensuring alignment with global R&D, Quality, and business objectives.
• Drive Delivery of New Digital Capabilities: Partner with business and Digital Technology teams to define requirements, deliver new capabilities, and ensure solutions provide measurable business value.
• Lead Product Optimization and Continuous Improvement: Govern enhancement requests, prioritize improvements, drive system upgrades, and continuously optimize product performance, user experience, and business outcomes.
• Enable Adoption and Global Collaboration: Work with Global Business Process Owners, Functional Experts, and global segment teams to support deployment, change management, user adoption, and process standardization across the organization.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.

The pay range shown is applicable to all US locations listed within the job posting:USD 101,120.00 - USD 139,040.00
