Corporate Recruiter

• Schedule: Day Shift | Full-time

• Supports Director and Senior Director-level recruitment across multiple markets, partnering with hiring leaders to identify, attract, and hire top executive talent.
• Manage a full desk of director-level requisitions, delivering end-to-end recruitment support and exceptional candidate and hiring leader experiences.
• Provide white-glove recruitment services while building trusted partnerships with C-suite executives and senior business leaders.
• Lead strategic sourcing efforts for complex, hard-to-fill roles across multiple markets using LinkedIn, Indeed, iCIMS, and other recruitment tools.
• Deliver recruitment insights, reporting, and updates to Talent Acquisition leadership and hiring teams to support data-driven decisions.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Additional Preferences

• Experience as a recruiter supporting finance and/or revenue cycle positions strongly preferred.
• Strategic sourcing and recruitment partnership, focusing on hard to fill roles across various markets. (LinkedIn, Indeed, iCIMS sourcing experience required).
• Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) preferred.
