Corporate Sales Manager
Position Summary
As a Corporate Sales Manager, you will ensure the growth of Travel Incorporated by taking complete ownership of the full sales cycle—from lead identification to contract execution and implementation. You will drive revenue by targeting new enterprise clients, identifying key travel and procurement managers, and building long-term relationships with corporate decision-makers.
Core Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, including cold calling, networking, and industry events. Target travel and procurement managers responsible for corporate travel sourcing.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders within target organizations. Act as a trusted advisor to develop tailored solutions that meet their corporate travel needs.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure a continuous flow of new business. Accurately capture all lead and client information in Salesforce CRM.
- Secure proposals and manage bid opportunities from initial contact through contract execution. Lead the creation, development, and submission of high-quality, customized Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Negotiate competitive pricing programs within company guidelines. Secure favorable terms while maintaining a focus on long-term client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborates with leadership to align sales strategies with overall business goals. Provide regular updates and forecasting on pipeline status and market trends.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Onboarding, Operations, and Client Success teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to final implementation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in corporate travel management or related industries (e.g., hospitality, ground transportation).
- Demonstrated ability to proactively prospect, negotiate, and close deals. A history of over-achieving sales goals with an entrepreneurial, results-oriented mindset.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Business Suite. Prior experience using Salesforce CRM is strongly preferred.
- Membership with a local GBTA (Global Business Travel Association) chapter is a plus, alongside an established network of corporate travel contacts.

- Strong project management, time management, and execution skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze market information, draw appropriate conclusions, and solve complex client challenges.
