Your Way is a paid internship programme developed by Hemofarm for students and recent graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in the professional environment of the pharmaceutical industry. The programme enables participants to develop their knowledge and skills through practical work with the latest technologies, mentorship, and involvement in real business processes.

If you are interested in:

• Mastering the basic tools and concepts used to analyse business partners involved in marketing and advertising activities and procurement processes

• Learning about risk assessment processes related to business partners, including financial risk, the risk of collateral enforcement, loss of litigation, bankruptcy, blocked bank accounts, and similar risks

• Gaining experience in analysing information that may indicate the potential involvement of business partners in money laundering transactions or other corrupt practices

• Participating in the development of business partner risk assessment forms and proposing measures to improve existing business relationships and effectively manage identified risks

And you are a final-year undergraduate student, a master's student, or a graduate who completed their studies within the past two years at the Faculty of Economics, have a good command of English, are proficient in MS Office, are organised, proactive, and eager to learn as part of a team — this is the opportunity for you!

The internship follows a hybrid working model, combining remote work with working from the office.
