Job Description The Claims Strategy Manager serves as a strategic partner to Claims Transformation leadership, helping shape the future direction of Claims through strategy development, executive communications, and cross-functional collaboration. This role supports the development and articulation of Claims Transformation strategies, synthesizes complex business challenges into actionable recommendations, and creates compelling executive communications that inform decision-making and drive alignment and enable strategy execution. The role also leverages industry, market, and competitive insights to help identify opportunities and inform strategic direction. This role also drives alignment across senior stakeholders, supports the definition of measurable outcomes, and connects strategic narratives to the decisions required to advance transformation priorities. Key Responsibilities Support the development, refinement, and communication of the Claims Transformation strategy with clear linkage to execution priorities and expected outcomes. Structure complex business challenges into clear strategic choices, recommendations, and action plans. Develop executive-level presentations, strategic narratives, and leadership communications that enable strategy execution, decision-making, and organizational alignment. Translate complex concepts and transformation initiatives into concise, decision-oriented materials. Conduct strategic analyses and develop business cases and outcome measures to support leadership decisions. Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments, translating insights into business implications. Partner across Claims, Technology, Analytics, Finance, and Product teams to drive alignment and strategic clarity across complex, cross-functional initiatives. Facilitate discussions and working sessions that support decision-making, organizational alignment, adoption, and readiness for change. Influence stakeholders, including senior leaders, and build consensus across a broad group of leaders and partners. Preferred Qualifications 7+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business transformation, or related fields. Demonstrated ability to solve complex business problems and develop strategic recommendations that can be translated into execution priorities and measurable outcomes. Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills. Experience developing presentations and communications for senior leadership audiences that shape decisions and support execution. Strong analytical, structured thinking, and stakeholder management skills. Experience influencing senior leaders and leading complex cross-functional initiatives without direct authority. 4-year Bachelor’s Degree.
