How You Will Make An Impact: As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner for our corporate team, you will own full-cycle recruiting for a wide variety of business functions including, Marketing, Product and SG&A. You will partner closely with hiring managers and your peers on the People Team to attract, engage, and hire top talent. Reporting to the Sr. Director of People you will bring a strategic mindset to sourcing and pipeline building while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience at every step. This role is an opportunity to act as a true business partner; someone who understands the talent market, earns the trust of their stakeholders, and helps ThredUp build world-class teams. In This Role You'll Get To: Own full-cycle recruiting for the corporate team from sourcing and screening through offer extension and negotiation Execute targeted sourcing strategies to build proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Deliver an exceptional hiring manager experience through proactive communication, timely follow-up, strong consultation, and a customer-service mindset throughout the recruiting lifecycle. Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through timely communication, thoughtful feedback, and consistent engagement Proactively identify and engage diverse talent through targeted outreach, partnerships with diversity-focused organizations, and inclusive sourcing practices Contribute to employer branding efforts through social media, networking events, and industry partnerships Track and analyze recruiting metrics to assess effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and share data-driven insights with stakeholders Stay current on market trends and the talent landscape to bring competitive intelligence and best practices to your hiring partners Integrate AI technology into your daily recruitment strategies to drive operational efficiency, streamline sourcing, and responsibly build high-quality pipelines. What We're Looking For: 3-5 years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition experience, preferably supporting corporate functions Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Strong understanding of recruiting best practices, employment laws, and market trends Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build trust with hiring managers and business partners Forward-thinking talent acquisition professional with a strong aptitude for adopting AI-driven tools and cutting-edge technology to identify and attract high-caliber talent. Proven ability to manage multiple searches and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Track record of sourcing and hiring diverse talent through intentional and inclusive recruitment practices Experience utilizing Workday, Phenom, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-driven recruiting solutions to enhance sourcing strategies, streamline workflows, and improve hiring effectiveness. At ThredUp, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays between $125,000 and $145,000 per year, and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Many ThredUp employees also have the opportunity to own shares of ThredUp stock, ThredUp employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, as well as a discount when purchasing ThredUp stock if voluntarily participating in ThredUp's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Subject to eligibility requirements, you'll also receive other benefits: Comprehensive medical & dental coverage, vision, 401k, life and disability insurance. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
