✈️ We’re growing our Operations team!
At STI Global Group, we are looking for an experienced Corporate Travel Consultant to join our Operations team and support our growing international client portfolio.
We’re looking for someone with strong air travel expertise, excellent GDS skills and a problem-solving mindset — someone who can navigate complex travel requests, manage unexpected situations and consistently deliver outstanding service.
• Manage end-to-end air reservations using Sabre and/or Amadeus.
• Handle bookings, ticketing, exchanges, cancellations and refunds.
• Read and interpret fare rules, PNR history and ticket conditions.
• Manage itinerary changes, disruptions and urgent travel requests.
• Identify the best travel options across GDS, NDC, airline portals and other distribution channels.
• Coordinate with airlines, suppliers, partners and internal teams.
• Provide high-quality support to clients throughout the entire travel journey.
• Resolve travel-related issues efficiently, even in time-sensitive situations.
Required qualifications & experience
• Professional experience in the travel industry, ideally within corporate travel, a travel agency or a consolidator.
• Strong knowledge of Sabre and/or Amadeus.
• Hands-on experience with reservations, ticketing, exchanges and refunds.
• Strong understanding of fare rules and PNR management.
• Advanced English proficiency — both written and spoken.
• Degree or professional training in Tourism, Travel Management or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
Nice to have
• Experience with NDC, airline portals and travel distribution platforms.
• Knowledge of ARC processes.
• Familiarity with airline contracts and agreements.
• Previous experience managing corporate or complex international travel.
You’re proactive, adaptable and solution-oriented. You’re comfortable making decisions and solving problems independently, including when plans change unexpectedly.
You have strong attention to detail, take ownership of your work and understand that in travel, excellent service often comes down to how quickly and effectively you respond when something doesn’t go as planned.
You’re also a team player who enjoys collaborating in an international and fast-paced environment.
🌎 100% remote position in an international and digital environment.
🚀 Career growth and professional development within an expanding global company.
🕐 Rotating work schedules.
💰 Competitive compensation.
🎯 Performance-based bonuses.
At STI Global Group, technology is a key part of how we manage travel — but we believe the real difference is made by the people behind every journey.
If you have strong GDS experience, know the travel industry and thrive on solving problems while delivering exceptional service, we’d love to hear from you.
