Deep executive-level expertise across procurement strategy, TOM design, digital procurement, data strategy, analytics, and AI. Significant experience leading global procurement transformation and technology-enabled change programs. Recognized industry authority in procurement modernization and AI-enabled procurement. Demonstrated success building, scaling, and commercializing consulting offerings. Strong network across procurement leaders, technology providers, and industry analysts. Exceptional executive presence, communication skills, and commercial acumen. The ability to think strategically about business and industry trends in procurement and use analytical, problem-solving techniques to break down complex issues A track record of customer focused engagements from a consulting background delivering quality work for clients, demonstrating an understanding of the client's professional standards and maintaining respectful client relationships. A track record in business development, commercial or sales. 💵 Compensation Disclosure The base salary range for this position is $250K - $300K annually. This range reflects the base pay that we reasonably expect to offer for the role across our hiring locations. Final compensation will be determined based on a combination of factors, including but not limited to: Geographic location (state and city of residence) Overall professional experience Directly relevant experience Education and certifications Industry knowledge and expertise Skills and competencies In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for performance-based bonuses, or incentive pay, or commissions, which are not included in the listed base salary range.
