Cost Analyst/ Stroškovni analitik

Are you a process-driven analytical thinker who excels at connecting data with financial reality? As a Cost Operations Analyst, you will take complete ownership of our inbound revenue operations end-to-end-ensuring revenue data, supplier invoices, estimates, and reporting are seamless, accurate, and timely. Working directly with our Commercial, Data, Finance, and Account Management teams, you will optimize margins, resolve complex data discrepancies, and automate operational workflows. Your work directly underpins Bragg’s revenue integrity and financial scalability on a global scale.

This is a hybrid role based at our Ljubljana office.

what you’ll do:

• Own the inbound revenue process end-to-end, from contract ingestion to invoice validation and reporting;
• Review, validate, and book supplier invoices against contractual terms and underlying data on time;
• Oversee monthly revenue estimate calculations to ensure accurate alignment with deal terms;
• Monitor revenue and deal profitability, proactively identifying and escalating margin risks;
• Investigate and resolve data or invoice discrepancies alongside suppliers and internal stakeholders;
• Maintain regular monthly supplier reporting and prepare ad-hoc revenue and margin reports;
• Support outbound invoicing and the wider revenue cycle to maintain end-to-end financial integrity;
• Identify, streamline, and automate manual revenue and data operations workflows;
• Support monthly revenue close activities and execute ad-hoc commercial operations tasks;
• Maintain precise data records across accounting systems and data repositories.

what you bring to the team:

• Proven experience in revenue operations, finance, billing, data analysis, or commercial operations;
• Strong analytical, numerical, and spreadsheet skills (Advanced Excel); SQL knowledge is a strong plus;
• Ability to translate complex data and contractual information into clear operational and financial processes;
• Strong communication, direct collaboration, and action-oriented problem-solving skills;
• Proficiency in leveraging Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to optimize daily workflows, streamline documentation, and enhance data-driven decision-making;
• Fluent English skills (spoken and written) with a proactive, structured, and independent approach;
• Solid understanding of commercial terms, contracts, invoicing dynamics, and profitability metrics.

• Hands-on experience with automated data pipelines, modern ERP systems, or financial modeling;
• Prior exposure to the high-volume data environment of iGaming or modern digital tech platforms.
