About the Role

We are looking for an Estimator who can prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for construction projects. You will

measure quantities from drawings, collect pricing from vendors, and help prepare bids.

Responsibilities

• Measure quantities and prepare cost estimates from drawings and specification documents

• Collect and compare pricing from subcontractors and vendors

• Prepare bid documents and submit them through online bidding systems

• Point out any missing scope or risks before a bid is submitted

• Keep records of unit costs for materials, labour, and equipment

• Help calculate pricing for change orders during construction

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in construction estimating

• Comfortable reading construction drawings and specification documents

• Knowledge of estimating software (such as On-Screen Takeoff or Bluebeam)

• Strong Excel skills
