Country Manager – Vietnam (Forex / CFD Trading)

Nationality: Vietnamese Onsite or remote: Both if in Vietnam, can remote Onsite location: Bangkok Language: Fluent in Vietnamese and English Salary range : 80k thb + bonus Open for frequent business trips Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Country Manager to lead and expand our Forex/CFD brokerage business in Vietnam. This role is responsible for driving market growth, developing Introducing Broker (IB) networks, managing local partnerships, and increasing client acquisition and trading volume in the Vietnamese market. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of the Vietnam trading community, a well-established IB and affiliate network, and experience working with online trading platforms such as MT4/MT5. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Market Development Develop and execute the Vietnam market expansion strategy for Forex and CFD products Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and client acquisition channels Monitor local market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments IB & Partnership Development Recruit and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and trading communities Maintain strong relationships with key IB partners and high-value traders Provide IBs with marketing support, training, and promotional campaigns Sales & Client Acquisition Drive new trader acquisition and trading volume growth Organize local trading seminars, workshops, and webinars Work with the marketing team to implement localized campaigns for Vietnam Team Management Build and lead the Vietnam local sales and support team Set targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure team performance Train staff on company products, trading platforms, and client service Compliance & Coordination Ensure operations follow local regulatory guidelines and company compliance policies Coordinate with headquarters on product updates, marketing initiatives, and operational support Provide regular reports on market performance, partner development, and revenue ⸻ Requirements 5+ years experience in Forex / CFD / financial trading industry Strong network of IBs, trading communities, or affiliates in Vietnam Proven experience in business development and client acquisition Strong understanding of Forex trading platforms (MT4 / MT5) and IB commission structures Fluent in Vietnamese and English Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills ⸻ Qualifications Experience working with an international Forex broker Experience managing Vietnam regional teams or operations Understanding of Vietnam fintech or trading market dynamics
