With a team of 40 experts, Beastly supports renowed brands such as Zalando, Back Market, Google, Spotify, and Canneseries in building and executing their influence strategies. 🗒️ Missions As Country Opener, your primary goal will be to establish our presence in Belgium by hunting for new advertising partners (brands & agencies) eager to leverage influence marketing. You will act as the first ambassador in the region, developing the client pipeline and building a high-performing local business. Key Responsibilities: • Market Launch : Drive the go-to-market strategy and establish our brand in Belgium. • Business Development : Identify, prospect, and secure new advertisers (brands and media agencies) for our influence marketing solutions. • Sales Leadership : Own the end-to-end sales process—from prospecting and pitch to negotiation and closing deals. • Client Relationship Management : Develop strong, consultative relationships with top brands and agencies to ensure long-term partnerships. • Market Intelligence : Analyze and monitor local industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. • Local Partnerships : Build relationships with key stakeholders, including creators, talent managers, and agencies. • Reporting : Provide regular sales forecasts and market feedback to the head office. • Team Building (as growth allows) : Contribute to recruiting and training future team members in the region. 👉 Your profile • Proven Sales Experience : 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in influence marketing, media, advertising or tech targeting advertisers. • Hunter Mentality : Demonstrated ability to prospect and win new business in a “zero to one” environment. • Market Knowledge : Understanding of the influence industry in the Netherlands and/or Belgium is a plus. • Entrepreneurial : Self-starter able to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment. • Network : Existing network of brands, advertisers, and/or media agencies in the target markets is highly valued. • Languages : Fluent English required; Dutch and/or French is a strong asset. • Cultural Fit : Energetic, creative, ambitious, and resilient. 🎁 Our benefits : • An international group present throughout the world • Multidisciplinary entities that are experts in their field: programmatic, influence, 360°, content creation, etc. • Different career paths adapted to your professional aspirations • On-going training sessions with a Digital AcademyAccess.
